I had one in the service in 1984, and used it to do the full routine in the chart, along with running. most of it is crap, some are a good find. So i'm not trying to convince anyone, just expressing my own story since i know people ask about the latest whatever they see on tv. it will help get you more defined but again don't expect results that you would get from hitting the weights. I don't expect to gain a 1lb a week but i like this equipment and it's more suitable for the weekend warrior and for thsoe short on time and are just looking to stay healthy and fit and strong (emphasis on the strong). however i don't know how that experiences will be so i will update. I plan to switch it up every two months and next do isometrics, and for my third cycle try isotonic workouts which is basically you do cable like exercises with the straps so curls, leg press, back pulls, etc, which you can do all with this exercise. So you get a full body workout, and hte goal is to get 100 compressions on all exercises.good luck with that unless you are already benching over 250 and a seasoned body builder. Now the quality is there, it does work your muscles and even the ones you didn't know were there, and some exercises are almost equal to curls and leg press. My workout takes about 15 minutes then I finish off with some HIIT for about 10 minutes, burpees, etc, and even a little zumba (i do help choreograph for flash mobs, hilarious) You can do compressions on all angles and really work them while not putting strain on your back or neck. One thing I like to point out, that this awesome for abs. I feel it the next day which should be a good sign and after two weeks I do notice a little more definition in the show muscles. Wednesday I do yoga and I'm off on the weekends, with the exception of taking my dog for walks. So I'm giving this a thumbs up workout as I workout Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Not all the exercises but some are difficult to do, not because of weird angle but my strength is not there in that position as in others. Now I can do 75 pushups in one shot and 23 pullups and I can run 20 minute 3 mile so I consider myself very fit and strong, and then I started doing this and it's kicking my butt.

Also, this is not your typical isometric hold, or anything else, it's called "resiliency" and it's basically doing quick compressions and high reps. Unfortunately they don't give you much direction other than five pamphlets which all say the same thing so I decided to start with their flagship workout program the 90 sit at home.Īlready I modified it because I can see why people don't get as much as gains a stated, you workout the same muscles everyday for five days straight. Not too bad considering most home gym equipment and this is the definition of portable.Įverything is high quality so that I like and I like the bags. Bullworker classic and steel bow and all the attachments and straps. I said why not, they claim isometrics, isontics and other exercises with it with all the attachments so I took the plunge and went to the website (not amazon) and got the whole package for about $180. And I have been looking at isometrics for a while but everywhere I read people say stay away it will never be a gym replacement, and I listened until last month. It's good for beginners but anyone who is seasoned should probably look to body lastics as they probably have better quality and higher weight ranges (if you are a cable guy/girl).

The issue I had was it wore out quickly adn really started scuffing my doors and plus I was not really reaching the levels I wanted, even after including body weight workouts with my routine. So my first workout equipment was the tower 200, only because it's a basic cable system that you can many exercises on. I was a gym guy until three years ago when I started to work long days and working out at home is the easiest and most logical thing for me as I save money and I don't have to go far. With that said, I am an avid home workout. I'm not trying to bulk up or get competition ready and go against any other buff heads, but simply just looking to stay healthy and have muscle definition. Genetics work against me as my metabolic rate is always through the roof so I eat a bit and stay at a 160lb range. Now I exercise for health and getting ripped. I've been working out since the sixth grade and I used to be a hockey player before my knees gave out. *Note: I am making a point for the bullworker so I am doing a small intro to myself and my goals and why I chose the bullworker so bear with me, or skip towards the end xD*
